Hi, while this is early doors, the suggests I would like to give are adding sound to the gun or some background music as you play. Did notice the options menu didn't seem to be working but a senstivity changer, maybe a crosshair changer, could even add some different player models to satify customizations for the player. The ai of the enemies spawning is somewhat delayed sometimes just stands still for a while also seems to be moment where there is no enemies at all so increasing spawnrate would help a bit or the amount of enemies that can be out at once, something like that to help with giving the player something to do. The power up options were decent enough variety for something like this in the early days of the game. Adding a power up like "increase speed by x amount but take x% more damage" could be interesting also to give different runs different feels etc.
Greatly appreicate the feedback Johnathan! Audio is gonna be added but it might be a while til I have access to my usual kit to do so but I assure you it bugs me also to not have it in the game. Options menu is currently a placeholder, I should have made that clearer but it slipped my mind when creating the launch versions. Enemy spawning is changed now so look out for the new update coming within the next 3 hours, will be very interested to hear how people feel about the changes to spawning and my aim will be to constantly refine it based on feedback. Been toying with the idea of giving powerups with a positive and negative and hearing it requested is definitely justification for me to give it a whirl, gonna be on the list of additions for Alpha V4.
